Just got news that the manufacturer of the ZumSpot has stopped making these boards
The operating system (Pi-Star) is done by MMDVM, thus the JUMBO boards are fully supported.
The other thing I discovered is that the hot spot fully supports WIREX, thus you can navigate from room to room from your C4FM radio.

Amend to above post, my mistake the hotspot does not support Wires X, just that on a FTM100D the DX button gathers what nodes are available as a selectable list.
